#crossart “ON THE HORIZON”

Exhibition with crossart-international

at “Kunstm√ľllerei” in D√ľsseldorf (Germany)

26/11/2017 – 02/01/2018

On the Horizon

Sometimes there is something on the horizon. Sometimes there isn’t.

We always keep an eye on the horizon. Just in case…

How far away is the horizon?

Why does it seem to be so close but will always be out of reach?

“KalkKunst 2016” with “K√ľnstler ohne Grenzen”

Series “Bay of Angels”

These 3 photographs were taken at the Promenade des Anglais in Nice before the terrible terror attack which changed everything.
The “Baie des Anges” lost its innocence.¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†

“Kin Kin” and “Middle of Nowhere”

2 photographs – both from “the middle of nowhere”:

“Kin Kin” shows a general-store in the Australian Outback (Queensland, Australia)
There’s a lot to explore on this picture!

(analog photograph, 30x40cm)

“Middle of Nowhere” was taken in the Scottish Highlands near Glenfinnan, Loch Shiel (Scotland). “Anyone on the phone?”
(analog photograph, 30x40cm)

Middle of Nowhere

I took this photograph in Antibes, French Riviera, which is one of my favourite places.
When I looked through the lense of my camera this was my very personal “Paradise”!
